ABOUT

WHAT IS IT?

ULisboa is looking forward to welcoming you during its Erasmus Staff Training Week, which will take place in Lisbon, from June 24th to 27th, 2019.

During this time, you will be able to discover more about ULisboa , its Services and its International Strategy and increase the contact between partner instituitions.

The programme comprises:

  • Icebreaker Sessions
  • Intercultural activities
  • Face-to-face meetings
  • Social events
  • Participant presentations about their practices in internationalization

The ULisboa International Week - Staff Training is organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, therefore all participants may apply for Erasmus+ funding at their home institution.

The Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) comprehends 18 different Schools and 81 Research Units making it one of the largest institutions of higher education in Europe.

ULisboa ensures the constant progress of society's knowledge, expertise and wisdom, boosting sustained human development through the production and transmition of knowledge, the dissemination of culture, the enhancement of the economic, social and cultural value of scientific knowledge, as well as through other services provided to the community.

FEE

How much will it cost?

ULisboa International Week - Staff Training will have a participation fee of 200,00€ (euros).

This fee will cover the costs of:

  • All Coffee breaks
  • 4 Lunches
  • 2 Dinners (welcome and farewell)
  • Lisbon walking tour
  • Documentation


APPLICATION

How do I apply?

The application will be open from April 9th to May 19th, 2019. Selected participants will be contacted via e-mail until May 24th.

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 25, with a maximum of 2 attendees per institution. Selection will obey to diversity criteria, aiming to have colleagues from all around Europe with us.
